Hello, my name is Cathy Getty, the office manager at the Almonte Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery. I’ve worked closely with Dr. Almonte for the past ten years, starting at Lifestyle Lift and now in his private practice. We have a great working relationship. You will get to know me quite well, as I will be scheduling all of your appointments. My main goal is to make sure you understand all the procedures we offer as well as discuss the ones you’re interested in. I also handle all questions about financing. I am married with three children and five grandchildren. I enjoy spending my free time with family as well as running and working out. I look forward to meeting you.

Payments & Financing
As a patient, you will be required to provide demographic information and a medical history. Once your Consultation has been completed, a surgical plan will be established by Dr. Almonte, and a proposal will be prepared for you in writing. When you are ready to move forward, a deposit of 25% is required to schedule your procedure. This will secure your date of surgery. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to surgery. A cancellation/rescheduling policy will be provided for you when you schedule.
