The patients shown below have had either an upper or lower blepharoplasty (eyelid procedure), or both.

An upper blepharoplasty (eyelid procedure) is performed by removing skin and oftentimes fat from the upper eyelid. This procedure can greatly reduce obscured vision due to the eyelid skin sagging down over the eye. A lower blepharoplasty (eyelid procedure) is done by removing fat deposits that create “bags” or pockets under the eye, while tightening skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
